Flood Assistance
We’re grateful to share that the National Association of Realtors Realtor® Relief Foundation has approved a grant to assist residents affected by the April 2026 flooding in Lake, Mecosta, Newaygo, and Osceola Counties.
West Central Association of Realtors is now accepting applications to help residents whose homes were damaged or destroyed by the flooding. Eligible residents may receive up to $1,000 in assistance.
You may qualify if you are:
• A homeowner whose primary residence was impacted (with or without a mortgage)
• A homeowner or renter who was displaced and needed temporary housing such as a hotel or Airbnb
• A renter who received an evacuation notice and stayed in temporary accommodations
If you or someone you know was affected by the flooding, please complete and send back the application and the required documentation. Apply by July 15, 2026
